We question the status quo of how we work, lead and focus
in a personal, empathetic, creative and fun way.
Motivated people make all the difference in a company.
In order to ensure a sustainable intrinsic motivation and commitment of the people in the company, successful organizations build on three core values:
Holistic: A secure and open organizational environment enables interaction and collaboration at eye level, so that the employees can learn, grow and experiment courageously together.
Self-Leadership: Information to make a decision is available and everyone takes responsibility. The employees are supported and empowered.
Evolutionary Purpose: An organization's purpose serves as a common driver and guide. Together, people develop and change the organization from within.
At Teal Systems, we believe in these core values and help embed this mindset in organizations.
Basically, we assume that an evolution is more goal-oriented and constructive than a revolution.
That is why, we start where the organization, the team or the people are. The existing formal structure provides orientation and security through established rules and processes.
The informal structure, on the other hand, inevitably results from human interactions - whether we want to or not. Informal connections are strong, fast and also offer security when faced with change.
Our work is based on the value-adding structure. There is a better chance of understanding the value stream in small steps and then incorporating those adjustments. With individually tailored experiments, we navigate in a complex environment in a targeted manner. This creates a flexible and dynamic shape without jeopardizing stability.
When supporting companies, we consider the entire system. In our own projects, too, we ensure a balance between us as people, our organization and the product or service and take the connections between these three cornerstones into account.
We connect people with their creativity, knowledge and preferences through a clear understanding of roles to form a network in the organization. By focusing on a value-adding structure, products or services are created that customers love.
We see technology as an enormously valuable support that is indispensable in today's world. For us, however, it is and remains the support in the background.
The power of an organization lies in its people. The more trust is placed in the decision-making ability of individuals, the more autonomously and sustainably they can access their potential. People should always come first.
We offer personal and targeted coaching at all levels and for all challenges.
We do not see the organization and the internal processes as a means to an end, but as a decisive criterion for successfully processing the strategy. We use modern frameworks such as OKRs that fit the task in a targeted manner.
We accompany the introduction of OKRs from kickoff to the entire rollout. Other workshops on agility and new work are also part of our offer.
We develop prototypes and products together with our partners for and with our clients. There we are constantly learning new things and pass this first-hand knowledge on.
For example, the OKR software dokrs or the compact, optimized and at the same time well-founded OKR e-learning of our academy has recently been developed.
As an engineer I think in terms of solutions and the bigger the challenge, the more motivated I am to work on it and grow. As a coach and organizational developer, I meet people, teams and organizations up from where they are at the moment and accompany them on their next steps towards a sustainable future. I provide an overview and bring calm to systems when they need stability in times of change.
When I was young, as the captain of my basketball team, I experienced the positive and strong power of a team. Later, in various management positions, I was able to work on projects with highly motivated people in a team in order to lead the respective organization one step closer to a positive future. I love supporting teams to reach the next milestone with full passion.
Participation, self-organization and mindset are three important cornerstones for dealing with the challenges of our rapidly changing times. As a sociologist specialising in work and organization, I find it crucial that we address urgent problems and, in doing so, go creatively and sustainably beyond established behavioral patterns. It is crucial to collect the knowledge, skills and desires of people in organizations so that they can exploit their potential in a self-determined manner.
What I find exciting about organizational development is the great diversity and the work on a meta level. During my studies, I gained insight into a wide variety of companies and saw how individual each team is and how to work with it. With my background in work and organizational psychology, I am very interested in the human aspect.
